Our CDM Advisor has worked with MBC Contracts Ltd on a number of projects as the Clients CDM-C or advisor to MBC, aiding in the production of Construction Phase Plans, collation of the Health and Safety File and conducting Site Inspections.

These projects have ranged from office fit outs, roof refurbishments to the construction of a Bat Hibernarium. All of which with MBC Contracts Ltd as the Principal Contractor.

MBC Contracts Ltd are competent under the CDM Regulations to fulfil the role of Principal Contractor on small to medium sized projects.

MBC Contracts Ltd also have the in-house skills and capability to undertake, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Decorating and General Building works as well as more specialist call outs for electric gates and barriers.
